Hey all, sorry for the insanely long delay between updates. New job is really nice, but it’s taken most of my energy for the last few weeks. But here’s an update finally! Managed to get the quest system fully functional. Random quests are generated and players have a choice of different ones.
There’s a small bug in this release where interactive battles sometimes can’t be ended even though you have won or lost. If you run into that let the AI resolve battles instead. I’ll get a fix done for it asap.
Next up is fleshing out existing systems. Magic, combat, recruiting armies, etc. Game is pretty much at a point where all the core systems are there, they just need to be improved and refined – many times over 🙂
Anyways, sorry to have kept anyone who has been following waiting. Rest assured, this project is not abandoned, and lots of cool stuff is coming.
