Here is an interim build, while I am still working on a new tactical battle module. I know it’s been quite a while since the last update, and progress has been a bit slower lately due to various distractions (ie life, work, family, :)). But the new tactical battle engine is coming along nicely, and will be a lot more user friendly and with a much more full-featured set of combat mechanics. Hopefully it will be in for the next build, and the wait for that one will be fraction of the wait for this one.
This build has some optimization on world generation so it’s 20 times faster, so we’re no longer watching the progress bar tick along for upwards of a couple of minutes. Cosmology generation is also in, with randomly generated planes, including alternate “normal” worlds, elemental planes, infernal planes, celestial planes and some really weird planes. Using the cheat menu lets you look at some of data generated. Additional spells and units types have also been added.
